Terms of Use, Privacy Policy & Lead Purchase Policy

Please read these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Lead Purchase Policy carefully before using the Axis Legal Leads website. By accessing this site, registering an account, or purchasing services, you ("you," "Lawyer," or "Buyer") agree to the terms and conditions in this combined Agreement and all applicable law.

This site and services are operated by PrimerJobs LLC, doing business as Axis Legal Leads ("Axis Legal Leads," "we," "us"). We may modify this Agreement at any time and will post changes on this page.

Part A

Terms of Use

2. Trademarks

"Axis Legal Leads," our logos, and related names and marks are trademarks of PrimerJobs LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

3. Warranty disclaimer

The site and all services and data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or free of harmful components. We make no representation or warranty that any purchase will produce any particular result, that you will receive any specific lead, a specific number of leads, retained clients, or any recovery or fee, or that any lead will respond, qualify, or be reachable. You are purchasing an advertising/lead-generation service, not an outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Legal Leads is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific leads or services giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

5. Pricing / typographical errors

If a service or lead is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel any order placed at that incorrect price, whether or not the order was confirmed or your payment method charged. If you were already charged and the order is cancelled, we will credit the amount of the incorrect price back to your account or original payment method.

6. Term; termination; survival

This Agreement applies once you access the site or begin registration or purchase. The sections on Copyright, Trademarks, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous survive termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

7. Notice

We may give you notice by email, by a general posting on the site, or by another reasonable method using the contact information in your account. Keep your account contact information current.

8. Lead generation — not a referral, recommendation, or fee split

Axis Legal Leads provides advertising and lead-generation services consistent with ABA Model Rule 7.2 and its state equivalents. We do not recommend, endorse, or vouch for any particular lawyer or firm to any consumer, and we are not a lawyer referral service. Lawyers pay a fixed, flat fee for participation and lead delivery. Our compensation is never based on, or a percentage of, any legal fee, recovery, award, settlement, or past-due benefit — there is no division of legal fees with a non-lawyer, consistent with Rules 1.5(e) and 5.4. You acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of participation.

9. Buyer eligibility and independent compliance obligations

Services are offered only to licensed attorneys, law firms, and authorized disability representatives for business use. When you contact, market to, represent, or handle any lead, you are solely responsible for your own compliance, including: the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state "mini-TCPA" laws (calling windows, frequency, opt-outs); Do-Not-Call obligations; your state bar's advertising and solicitation rules, including identifying a responsible attorney and office location where required (e.g., California); Social Security Administration anti-affiliation rules (no marketing that implies government affiliation); and applicable privacy laws. Our delivery of a consent record with a lead supports, but does not discharge, your independent duty to verify and comply. Courts place TCPA liability on the party that places the call or text.

10. California advertising requirements

Participation from within the State of California is offered only as advertising and marketing services and requires execution of a separate Joint Advertising Agreement ("JAA") together with compliance with California's attorney-advertising laws. California programs are not offered on a pay-per-lead, per-inquiry, or outcome-based basis. For California, fees are paid for advertising exposure, placement, and promotional activity on a monthly advertising-budget basis and are not the purchase of individual leads, inquiries, or clients. The JAA applies solely to advertising activity in California, does not apply in any other jurisdiction, and — once executed — is incorporated into this Agreement by reference with respect to California advertising only. Execution of the JAA is required to enable California advertising functionality, which may be restricted or unavailable until the JAA is signed.

11. Consumer privacy / deletion request notification

If you receive a request from a lead to delete or access their personal information under the CCPA or any state privacy law, you agree to promptly notify us at support@legalleadaxis.com so we can coordinate a compliant response and update our platform-wide suppression and deletion records.

12. Acceptable use of the site

No harassment, abusive or obscene language, impersonation, or posting of unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or privacy-violating content. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, share credentials, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute leads or platform data. Leads are licensed for your own intake and representation use only.

13. Participation disclaimer

We don't pre-screen all user communications and act as a passive conduit for any user-generated content; we're not responsible for it, but may remove content we deem abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable at our discretion.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimerJobs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from all losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of this Agreement, or your contact with, representation of, or handling of any lead or consumer — including your TCPA and professional-conduct compliance.

16. Miscellaneous (governing law, venue, limitation, waiver, assignment)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent; we may assign it at any time.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, and to equal service. We'll verify and respond within the time the law requires. This governs Buyer/visitor data on this site; claimant rights are handled on the consumer site.

Part C

Lead Purchase & e-Commerce Policy

1. Nature of purchase; what each lead includes

You are purchasing exclusive, real-time SSDI leads delivered through Lead Switchboard for a flat per-lead fee. Each lead is intake-completed and phone-verified and includes: contact information, claim stage, time out of work, medical/condition category, claimant age range, treating-physician status, work history/program-eligibility indicators, and an associated consent record. Each lead is sold once and delivered to a single Buyer; we do not resell or re-route a delivered lead to any other firm for the same matter.

2. Billing / funding model — prepaid account balance

Funds added to your account are prepaid marketing funds applied toward future leads. When a lead is delivered, its flat per-lead fee is drawn down from your balance. You control your funding level and may add funds at any time through the portal; we accept major credit cards, and ACH/wire for larger volumes. To maintain uninterrupted flow, we recommend keeping your balance funded to cover at least 10 leads. Unused balances are refundable on a pro-rated basis as described in Section 5. (California accounts do not use per-lead funding — see Part A §10 and the separate JAA; those accounts operate on a monthly advertising budget.)

3. Lead credit / return policy — 7-day window

You have a 7-day window (seven 24-hour cycles from the moment of lead delivery) to request a credit for an invalid lead through your Lead Switchboard portal. After the window closes, the credit option expires for that lead. All leads are sold "as is" because they are delivered in real time and cannot be resold. We credit verifiable invalid leads that meet an eligible reason below; approved credits are applied to your balance/account for use toward future leads. Our verification team reviews each request and typically responds within 48 hours.

Eligible reasons for credit. Each dispute must be submitted under one of the reasons below; some require supporting detail as noted.

  • Non-working contact — Number is dead, disconnected, or errors out. (No text required — verified against our records.)
  • Duplicate lead — The same claimant was delivered to you more than once. (No text required — verified against lead IDs.)
  • Wrong Number (requires text) — Reaches someone other than the claimant. Note how confirmed.
  • Unreachable Voicemail (optional text) — Voicemail full or not set up after documented phone, email, and text attempts over 4 days.
  • Outside Target Geography (requires text) — Claimant is outside your selected area. State the claimant's location.
  • Already Represented (requires text) — Claimant had a representative for this matter at the time of request. Include the retainer date.
  • Not a Disability Matter (optional text) — The inquiry is, in no way, an SSDI/SSI matter.
  • Not Seeking Help or No Request Submitted (requires text) — Claimant denies seeking disability help or submitting a request. Add specifics.
  • Inaccurate Core Intake Data (requires text) — A qualifying field we represented is materially wrong versus what the claimant confirms: claim stage, time out of work, claimant age range, medical/condition category, treating-physician status, or work history/program eligibility. Identify the field, what we reported, and the correct value.
  • Spam, Gibberish, or Test Submission (optional text) — No legitimate claimant behind the submission.
  • Language Not Supported (optional text) — Claimant communicates only in a language your firm does not handle. State the language.
  • Missing or Defective Consent Record (optional text) — No valid consent record accompanies the lead. Flagged for verification against our platform records.

Not eligible for credit. The following do not qualify: No contact — a lead you were unable to reach that has a working voicemail or a caller ID matching the number provided; Declined or changed mind — the claimant answered but chose not to retain you or later backed out; Slow or no attempt — leads not worked promptly across phone, email, and text within the credit window; and Case-value judgment — a lead you deem unlikely to win or not worth pursuing. A percentage of unreachable leads is expected in every vertical; the measure is your overall cost-per-acquisition and ROI, not any single lead.

Note: this list covers form/web leads. If live-call/phone-transfer leads are added, they are subject to a separate credit policy verified using the call recording only.

Late discovery. If you connect with a lead after the 7-day window and it turns out to be invalid, contact us — if we haven't closed out the billing period, we may submit the request for you as a courtesy.

4. Exchanges

Requesting a lead credit through the portal is the equivalent of an exchange and is granted for the eligible reasons above. Credit or replacement under this policy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any lead-quality issue.

5. Account balance refunds

You may request a pro-rated refund of your unused account balance within 60 days of adding those funds. To process a refund, we require 24-hour notice to pause your lead flow. Refunds are issued to the original source of payment only. The refundable amount is your remaining balance at the time we pause your account, less any bonus or promotional funds we added (bonus funds are non-refundable) and less the cost of any leads already delivered (delivered leads are non-refundable, as the advertising service was already performed). Refund requests for a balance exceeding $5,000 are subject to a 3% processing fee. Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 weeks. Funds are intended for ongoing lead generation, not for short-term deposit, lending, or tax-timing purposes. (California monthly-budget accounts: budgeted funds are non-refundable once lead flow has begun for that month; provide 24-hour notice to pause or adjust.)

6. Balance transfers

We may transfer unspent balances between accounts on request, with the original purchaser's permission.

7. Delivery of leads

Leads are delivered in real time through the Lead Switchboard portal and by email, with optional SMS notification (your carrier charges apply). Direct-post / ping-post API delivery into your CRM is available. It is your responsibility to keep your contact and delivery information current and to check the portal in case of email/SMS delivery failure.

8. Security

Payment and personal information is transmitted using SSL/industry-standard encryption.

Part D

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your SSDI leads exclusive?

Yes — every lead is sold once and delivered to a single firm. We check each new lead in real time against prior leads and mark duplicates ineligible for sale. We do not resell or share leads.

Are your leads real-time?

Yes — leads are delivered within moments of submission, with occasional holds for quality spot-checks.

How are your leads generated?

Through our own first-party advertising campaigns. All prospects come to us directly, request information without incentivization, and are targeted to SSDI/disability representation.

Is buying SSDI leads ethical for attorneys?

Yes, when done as advertising rather than a referral. We operate consistent with ABA Model Rule 7.2: we don't recommend or endorse any particular attorney, and we're paid a flat fee for lead delivery — never a share of your fees — so there's no fee-splitting or referral-service issue.

How do I pay / fund my account?

You fund a prepaid account balance and leads draw down at the flat per-lead rate. Add funds anytime via the portal (major cards; ACH/wire for larger volumes). Unused balances are refundable pro-rata within 60 days — see the Lead Purchase Policy.

Can I target a geography?

Yes — state, metro, or ZIP-radius targeting. Wider targeting yields faster flow.

Can I get credit for an invalid lead?

Yes — a 7-day credit window applies; see the Lead Purchase Policy for eligible reasons.
