To help us route your message quickly, please specify your reason for contacting us in the subject line. Common reasons include:
- General & account support — questions about your account, targeting, delivery, or the portal
- New firm / getting started — interested in exclusive SSDI leads; include your target states and case criteria
- Billing & funding — adding funds, invoices, ACH/wire, or account balances
- Lead credit / disputes — submit credit requests in the Lead Switchboard portal for fastest handling (7-day window applies); email us for questions about a decision or a dispute outside the portal
- Privacy & data requests — privacy questions, or to report a consumer access/deletion request you received from a lead
- California advertising — California firms participate under a separate Joint Advertising Agreement (monthly advertising budget, not per-lead); email us to get set up
Business hours & response times
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Typical response: within 1 business day for general inquiries; lead credit requests submitted in the portal are reviewed within 48 hours.
Leads are delivered in real time, 24/7 — you don't need to wait for business hours to receive or work leads.
