The terms that govern use of Legal Leads Axis

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legal Leads Axis website, software, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service

Legal Leads Axis is a platform that enables legal lead generation businesses, agencies, and partners to receive, route, distribute, price, and track legal lead data and client activity.

Legal Leads Axis does not generate, verify, or guarantee leads. We provide infrastructure only. Lead quality, client performance, conversion rates, and revenue depend entirely on your operations, traffic sources, and clients.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for all data uploaded, routed, or distributed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to allow unauthorized access or share your account.

3. Data & Privacy

Legal Leads Axis acts as a data processor when handling lead and customer data on your behalf.

You are the data controller and are responsible for lawful collection of leads, providing required notices and consent, and compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send or sell illegal, deceptive, or non-consensual leads.
  • Violate privacy or telecom laws.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineering.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Circumvent pricing, credit, or routing systems.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan.

  • Fees are billed in advance.
  • Taxes may apply.
  • Credits, subscriptions, and usage fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in immediate suspension.

6. Lead Disputes & Credits

Any dispute, credit, or refund system provided by Legal Leads Axis is a platform feature, not a guarantee.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject disputes.
  • We reserve the right to modify dispute rules.
  • We reserve the right to enforce abuse prevention measures.
  • We are not liable for client behavior or lead outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content belong to Legal Leads Axis.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active.

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform.

8. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Lead quality.
  • Client performance.
  • Revenue or conversion rates.
  • Platform uptime.
  • Use of the Service is at your own business risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Leads Axis is not liable for lost revenue or profits, client disputes, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three (3) months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Your account poses risk to the platform.
  • You may cancel your account at any time. No refunds are provided for unused time or credits.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Legal Leads Axis is incorporated.
